Step 01: First of all: Crop your image (100x100 px) |

Step 02: Sharpen it once (Filters >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen) |

Step 03: Now use the Smudge Tool (R) (round brush, 5px ; 12%). Go over her face and her hand and fingers (be careful with the contours!!! Don't smooth it all!) |

Step 04: Now you have your regular base. Duplicate it and set the duplicated base to "Screen" at 100%. |

Step 05: Create a new and empty layer. Floodfill it with #F3D2A3 (or take this layer without creating a new one). Set the layer to "Multiply" at 49%. |

Step 06: Go to Layers >>> New Adjustment Layer >>> Selective Color. Here are my settings. |

Step 07: Looks creepy, huh?! Duplicate your Base again put it on top and set it to "Screen" at 100%. |

Step 08: Create another new and empty layer. Floodfill it with #ADF5D2 (or take this layer without creating a new one). Set this layer to "Color Burn" at 83%. |
